- Tool Utilization: Expertly utilize MoEngage (or similar Customer Engagement Platforms) to create personalized, omnichannel campaigns based on user behavior and segmentation.
- Attribution & Analytics: Manage mobile measurement and attribution using Adjust to track acquisition sources, measure campaign ROI, and optimize ad spend.
- Leverage analytics tools to track user behavior and optimize conversion rates.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and monitoring expenses for ROI.
- Specific Technical Experience: Proven expertise in Digital Marketing tools is mandatory, specifically Adjust (for attribution) and MoEngage (for engagement/retention).
- CVM Expertise: Deep understanding of Customer Value Management (CVM) and mapping the customer lifetime journey within a Fintech or digital service context.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
