Logistics Analyst

• Collect, analyze, and interpret complex logistics data, including inventory levels, shipping times, transportation costs, and delivery performance.

• Develop and maintain databases of logistics information, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

• Create and present detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights and recommendations to management and cross-functional teams.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the success of implemented strategies.

• Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks within the supply chain, including warehousing, transportation, inventory management, and order fulfillment.

• Propose and implement process improvements to streamline operations, reduce waste, and improve service levels.

• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes.

• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.

• Support the planning and execution of inventory replenishment strategies.

Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field. Relevant certifications is a plus.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in a logistics analysis, supply chain, or operations role.

• Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets, identify trends, and draw actionable conclusions.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).

• Experience with logistics software and systems (e.g., ERP systems, CRM, data visualization tools).

• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify issues and develop effective solutions.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to present complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
