The Lifecycle Marketing Analyst is responsible to implement and execute lifecycle campaigns within our CRM focused on the credit line and card business.

Responsibilities- Implement lifecycle campaigns for acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Implement messages and creatives in our CRM, in partnership with brand teams.
- Implement rapid testing to determine optimal campaigns to drive business goals.
- Implement A/B testing for campaigns, including analysis of results and performance.
- Orchestrate and optimize campaign flows within the CRM platform, including establishing relevant events and triggers.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree or studying in a field related to data analysis.
- 2+ years of experience running effective campaigns in a start up or high growth environment.
- Experience diagnosing non performing campaigns and strategising rapidly to course correct and test alternate campaigns (messaging, format, channel, cohorts), designing content and campaigns that drive business outcomes and whatsapp, in-app push and messaging channels.
- Knowledge of large-scale bespoke application or Content Analytical mindset, experience with A/B testing, some familiarly with SQL and G-suite.
