Responsibilities:

• Providing specialized legal advice to management and various departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations relevant to the company’s operations.
• Preparing legal briefs and risk assessment reports, including clear recommendations to management regarding current and potential legal matters.
• Representing the company before courts, judicial bodies, and regulatory authorities, and pleading on its behalf in all types of cases and claims in Baghdad and other governorates.
• Ensuring the enforcement of judicial judgments and decisions in a manner that safeguards the company’s rights and minimizes operational or financial risks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of proven practical experience in the legal field, preferably within the fintech sector or corporate environment.
• Registered member of the Iraqi Bar Association.
• Excellent report writing, legal research, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Arabic, with preference for fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
