One Park Financial seeks a successful, energetic, and goal-oriented Legal Assistant to join its growing team. The Legal Assistant will make a difference at One Park Financial by helping to fully leverage the skills and talents of all our people. You will help our local offices drive the One Park Financial legal team strategies, and review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and drafting emails.
  • Supports the legal team on any request
  • 1+ years’ work experience in an office environment
  • Graduated from law school or term student
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
  • Advanced English
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize work
