The Role:
We’re looking for a passionate and proactive Learning & Development Specialist to support our Customer Operations teams. Based in our Leeds city center site, this role is ideal for someone early in their L&D career who’s eager to make a difference by helping our advisors grow through engaging training programs and continuous development.
You’ll work closely with the Customer Operations leadership team to deliver impactful onboarding, refresher, and skills-based training. You may also contribute to broader L&D initiatives across the business, supporting our commitment to learning and growth.
