The Role

We are looking for a Lead Generation Officer to join our fast-growing Sales Team at Viva.com.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating new business opportunities, and supporting the sales cycle through proactive communication and relationship building. The ideal candidate will be goal-driven, passionate about sales, and eager to contribute to our expanding commercial success across markets.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls from inbound leads or through online tools (LinkedIn, social media etc.) across assigned markets.
  • Research potential new leads and proactively approach potential clients.
  • Manage and close direct leads, assist small merchants with self-registration, follow up and kick-off of new merchants.
  • Conduct introductory calls and digital presentations to potential clients, explaining Viva.com’s products and services.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, resolve client issues, and ensure a high standard of service quality.
  • Act as an ambassador for Viva.com, promoting our full suite of products and services.
  • Ask relevant questions to understand customer requirements and close sales opportunities.
  • Identify and share new business opportunities with the Business Development team and schedule appointments where applicable.
  • Enter and maintain accurate client information in the CRM system, ensuring data completeness and consistency.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and timely support.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring retention and upselling opportunities.
  • Engage with existing clients to identify opportunities and promote relevant services based on the market segment, such as:
    • Loan products
    • Other value-added services
  • Support onboarding of new merchants, including:
    • Account opening process
    • Terminal and equipment ordering
    • Commission setup and follow-up

  • Excellent communication and telephone handling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Very good verbal and written command of Greek and English.
  • Positive and resilient attitude toward objection handling.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales quotas (preferably over the phone).
  • Solid knowledge of CRM tools, social media (LinkedIn), and telephone systems.
