 Responsibilities:

•     Manage and resolve escalated (Level 2) operational issues related to wallets, transfers, and payment gateways
•     Perform daily reconciliation of digital transactions and monitor for system breaks or financial exposures.
•     Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest automation or workflow improvements to enhance efficiency.
•     Prepare detailed weekly and monthly operational reports for management regarding transaction volumes and service performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in operations, preferably within the Fintech, Banking, or Telecommunications sector.
• Advanced MS Excel/ Data Analysis/ ITIL Knowledge of IT service management frameworks is a plus for handling structured escalation processes.
