Your daily activities as a Junior KYC Analyst will include:

  • Conducting KYC onboarding processes by verifying the identities of new customer accounts.
  • Assisting in Customer Due Diligence (CDD) reviews, including assessments of trigger events and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
  • Identifying and reviewing suspicious financial transactions in customer accounts.
  • Performing client screening and ongoing monitoring, including conflict checks and background searches.
  • Maintaining accurate records in client databases to ensure comprehensive documentation.
  • Providing support to other departments on matters related to AML compliance.
  • Staying informed about AML international frameworks and internal procedures within the company.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant internal policies and procedures.

You are best for this role if you:

  • Possess fluent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Have advanced proficiency in modern computer software, including the Microsoft Office suite, Atlassian, JIRA, Teams, and others.
  • Are experienced in using help desk software and support tools.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Are a team player with a strong sense of responsibility and decisiveness.
  • Demonstrate excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Are honest, accurate, and reliable in your work.
  • Possess the ability to work independently.
  • Have good stress tolerance and self-management skills.
  • Can work Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm or later.
