Junior Administrator Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-obsessed individual to join our Funding & Payments team as a Junior Funding Administrator. This is an entry-level position with no prior experience necessary — perfect for someone looking to start their career in finance, administration, or operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Funding and Payments team with a range of administrative and clerical tasks
• Perform data entry and ensure accurate maintenance of records and documentation
• Assist in processing payment and funding requests
• Support with inbox monitoring and responding to internal queries
• Help prepare documentation and reports for internal use
• Take ownership of routine but vital tasks that keep the team running smoothly
• Jump in on ad hoc admin tasks as required — no two days will be the same!

• A can-do attitude and willingness to learn — energy matters more than experience
• Strong attention to detail — you don’t let things slip through the cracks
• A perfectionist streak — someone who takes pride in getting things just right
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Comfortable using basic computer programs (Excel, Word, etc.) — we’ll train you on the rest
• Ability to manage your time and juggle multiple tasks

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with large data sets
• SQL/Excel knowledge
