• speak with small business owners
• generate opportunities and applications
• build trust and rapport
• learn how to identify client needs
• follow up and keep deals moving

• begin building your own book of business

Compensation

This is a 100% commission role.
No base salary and No cap on your earnings.

Typical performance:

• Within 60 days: $6,000–$8,000+ per month for consistent performers
• Top performers: $10,000–$13,000+ per month
• 1st Year OTE: $60,000–$120,000+
