💼 What You’ll Do
- Set up and configure laptops (Apple MacBooks) for new joiners
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for both in-office and remote staff
- Manage access to tools like Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password, and more
- Support local office setup: monitors, routers, printers, video conferencing, etc.
- Track and manage company hardware and IT inventory
- Learn and assist with Mobile Device Management (MDM) - full training provided
- Coordinate device purchases and liaise with local vendors
- Maintain internal tech documentation for onboarding and troubleshooting
- Work closely with the People & IT teams across regions to support wider company operations
- Optional: get exposure to POS/PMS systems if you’re curious about fintech and retail
👀 Who We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of experience in IT, tech support, operations, or administrative support
- OR highly tech-literate and eager to build a career in IT
- Comfortable using and supporting Apple devices
- Experience with Google Workspace is essential
- Excellent communication in English (Cantonese/Mandarin a bonus)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Must be based in Hong Kong and happy to work in-office
