Maintain consolidated project schedules, milestone plans, and dependency maps across all initiatives.
Track and report progress against agreed timelines and deliverables.
Highlight and escalate risks, blockers, or scope changes to responsible owners.
Support project planning and alignment sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain portfolio visibility for the IT leadership team.
. Stakeholder Communication
Serve as the central coordination point between IT delivery teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
Consolidate project updates into structured reports and dashboards for management review. Facilitate clear, consistent communication across departments to ensure responsibilities and timelines are well understood.
Coordinate and prepare materials for steering committees, ensuring updates are factual and actionable.
Follow up on vendor deliverables and ensure commitments are properly tracked.
. Planning & Alignment
Support project initiation by coordinating definition of scope, objectives, and success criteria.
Ensure alignment between IT sub-teams and business owners on priorities and dependencies.
Monitor workload distribution across IT functions to identify resource or schedule conflicts.
Maintain synchronization between projects and the overall IT roadmap.
. Risk & Issue Coordination
Identify and document project risks and issues in collaboration with responsible teams.
Track mitigation actions and ensure timely follow-up.
Ensure scope changes, delays, or impacts are properly evaluated and communicated.
Participate in post-project review sessions to capture lessons learned and improvement actions.
. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain standardized documentation including project charters, progress reports, and closure summaries.
Ensure project data accuracy in trackers and dashboards. Prepare periodic reports for IT management summarizing progress, risks, and expected outcomes.
Qualifications & Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
Experience:
5–8 years of experience in managing or coordinating IT-related projects within fintech, banking, or telecom environments
Proven track record of handling multiple concurrent projects across technical and business teams.
Exposure to enterprise platforms such as Core Banking systems, Middleware technologies, and Digital Channel applications.
Experience coordinating infrastructure rollouts, software deployments, or system integration projects within enterprise IT environments.
Experience preparing and maintaining project plans, schedules, risk logs, and progress reports using project tracking tools.
Experience with software delivery life cycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and related documentation practices
Languages:
Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
