About the Team & Role:

We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy IT Intern to join our IT team for an unpaid three month internship. This is an excellent opportunity for students with a foundational understanding of IT systems—particularly Active Directory and Microsoft 365—to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

What You’ll Learn:

  • Understand the basics of inventory management and asset tracking, including how to log and monitor IT equipment and software licenses.
  • Gain hands-on experience with SharePoint, focusing on refining its features, managing distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
  • how to align and maintain spreadsheets, ensuring data accuracy and consistency in coordination with ERP systems.
  • Help implement and understand Microsoft 365 policies, including exploring automation tools and system efficiencies.
  • Work alongside IT professionals to support daily operations and handle ad-hoc technical tasks.
  • Get practical experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
  • Encounter and learn to solve real-world business technology issues.
  • Receive guidance and mentorship from seasoned IT experts.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Basic understanding of SharePoint, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes.
  • Familiarity with Excel and its integration with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system or database systems.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Learn and assist with tracking IT hardware and software
