Getting to Know Ajaib
We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth this past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2.5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach. In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment needs and preferences.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow the investment product portfolio (stocks, mutual funds, and bonds).
- Conduct product presentations and educate clients about investment options and strategies.
- Analyze market trends and portfolio performances to provide clients with informed advice.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide excellent client service and improve the sales process.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company's investment offerings.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience in investment sales or financial advisory, preferably in a fintech or financial services environment.
- Strong understanding of investment products and client investment needs.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and fast-paced environment.
- Passion for financial markets and investment technologies.
