You are also expected to position our 'all in one' moomoo app as a serious alternative to the likes of Bloomberg terminal or Refinitv workspace and that our app is all they will need to make informed investment decisions and the go-to for investor education.

Responsibilities

Elevate Financial Knowledge and Investment Skills of Retail Segment

• Providing financial literacy content to elevate financial and investment knowledge of retail segment. This can be achieved through technical analysis and content writing along with social media posting
• Conduct workshops both online, offline and at industry related events on money-mindset, risk assessment, key investment frameworks (diversification, factor investing, etc.) and personal / lifestyle finance.
• Direct clients to products available on moomoo which provide investment opportunities in a timely manner

Translating Investment Research into Actionable Insights

• Bridge insights between institutional grade research into clear, practical investing actions for different client segments.
• Convert macro insights into trading and investing guides and investor-friendly summaries.
• Support regional campaigns tied to economic data, earnings seasons, and thematic cycles with easy-to-follow learning points.

Internal Content Standardisation

• Ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and user-centric clarity of content across all educational outputs

Contribute to the overall objectives of the investment research and education team

• Required to attend and support relevant industry and media events
• Ensure timeliness and follow up on tasks as assigned (e.g. Earning season)
• Represent moomoo to engage the media (Thai speaking) through interviews

What We Are Looking For

1. Financial Expertise and Strong Market Acumen: Have the passion and deep understanding of the basics of investment, trading, different asset classes and financial products (e.g. Options, ETFs, Funds) and personal finance.
2. Educational Mindset and Strong Communication Skills: Proven ability to simplify complex financial concepts and jargon into a digestible and easy to understand content for beginners and mass retail
3. Content Creation: Skilled in developing structured learning paths, training scripts and reusable templates
4. Team Player with strong stakeholder management: Ability to collaborate within Investment research and education team and also with the greater company as whole.

• At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the financial markets and/or securities industries.
• Minimum a bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance and/or Economics, or a related field is essential. Professional accreditations such as CFA, CMT or equivalent would be desired.
• Sound knowledge of different financial products and asset classes and possess qualifications regulated by Thailand's SEC such as IC Complex 1 and Capital Market IC.
• Thai and English speaking with fluency in Mandarin preferred
• Have experience with global trading and investing platforms such as Moomoo’s app, TradingView and Bloomberg Terminal is a must. Experience with Thai focused trading platforms such as (Aspen, eFin and SETTrade) is a plus.
