This Role

Support and manage unassigned merchants by assisting with onboarding, addressing inquiries, processing orders, and delivering tailored solutions to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the Greek unassigned clientele (merchants without account manager);
  • Assist new merchants to complete their self-onboarding process;
  • Answer questions about company’s products and services;
  • Question customers’ needs and close sales deals;
  • Go the ''extra mile'' with selected clients of greater anticipated value to offer customized solutions and secure sales;
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
  • Conduct cross sell / upsell / win back campaigns in the country's unassigned clientele;
  • Provide liaison support for existing merchants on support issues;
  • Handle grievances to preserve the company's reputation.

To be considered you should have:

  • Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g., CRM software), telephone systems, and a willingness to work alongside AI-enhanced tools for smarter workflows;
  • Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects, using digital resources and AI-driven insights when applicable;
  • Excellent knowledge of English;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints, supported by AI-driven customer interaction data where available;
  • High school diploma: BSc/BA will be considered a plus;
  • Any relevant previous experience in aftersales or account management departments will be considered as a plus;
  • Curiosity for AI in customer support, with a mindset open to learning and working with evolving technologies.
