Job Summary:
The Broker Dealing Officer is responsible for overseeing transaction handling, fund processing, and customer account activities while ensuring compliance with established policies and procedures. The role involves processing withdrawal requests, verifying customer transactions, and maintaining daily records to support efficient brokerage operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Transaction Handling & Fund Processing
- Handle and recap transaction positions to ensure accuracy in trading records.
- Perform Top-Up entries and ensure accuracy in funding records.
- Process customer withdrawal requests following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Handle refund requests and withdrawals of funds entered in segregated accounts.
Customer Account Management
- Conduct daily recapitulation of customer withdrawal requests.
- Verify customer identity and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
