Role Overview:
We are looking for an HR Operations & Recruitment Specialist to join our international HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving recruitment across multiple countries, ensuring we attract and hire the right talent to support our international growth.
While the primary focus of the role is recruitment, it also includes HR operational responsibilities, offering the opportunity to further develop and grow within the broader HR field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for commercial and operational roles in Belgium and The Netherlands
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, role requirements, and priorities.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn & job boards
- Coordinate interview processes and manage offers, ensuring a positive and professional candidate experience.
- Support selected HR operational activities, including onboarding coordination and documentation.
- Provide support with local HR processes and basic HR reporting.
- Manage Employer of Record (EOR) processes and procedures in coordination with internal and external stakeholder
- 2+ years of proven experience in recruitment, preferably with exposure to international or regional hiring.
- Familiarity with multi-country recruitment processes and local market nuances.
- Hands-on experience with ATS platforms and AI-powered sourcing tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to support employees across diverse regions.
- Fluency in English & Dutch; knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, HQ-based environment supporting multiple markets.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
