Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of HR functions which include employee lifecycle, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, employee engagement, corporate culture, company policies and regulations etc.
- Handle with necessary HR operation tasks, ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Responsible for employment visa/work permit application and other tasks related to global mobility.
- Be an effective and convincing advisor on all HR matters.
- Perform with other ad-hoc duties as per assigned from time to time.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, HR, Administration or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the related field. Preferred candidates with working experience in finance, securities, and Fintech industries. Exposure to working in a Chinese company would be beneficial.
- Familiar with the professional knowledge in HR management and system will be advantageous.
- Language proficiency in English and Malay, Mandarin would be an added advanctage.
- Independent, meticulous, result-oriented, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and be a team player. Lively and cheerful personality, strong sense of responsibility, strong communication and interpersonal skills, strong observation and adaptability.
