About Team

Our HR team plays a critical role in shaping the future of IPF Digital by ensuring we attract, onboard, and support top talent across the business. Operating in a fast-moving, high-growth environment, we partner closely with leaders and teams to build organizational capability and foster an inclusive culture.

At IPF Digital

We’re in the process of transforming into a skills-based organization – where your capabilities and potential matter more than static job titles. We focus on what you know, what you’re great at, and what you want to grow into. Not sure if you meet every requirement? We’d still love to hear from you. Tell us what you can bring – we’re excited to learn more.

This role gives you the space to contribute to multiple HR areas and shape your own path. In our People teams, we believe your skills fuel your impact.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action

  • Talent Acquisition: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, designing and executing sourcing strategies, assessing candidates, and managing offers to secure top talent.
  • Resourcing: Partner with hiring managers to align workforce planning with organizational goals, ensuring readiness for future growth.
  • Employee Experience: Support onboarding and integration, acting as a main point of contact for new joiners in Poland, and tailoring processes to local requirements.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build collaborative relationships with managers and business leaders, advising on recruitment and onboarding practices.
  • Measurement: Monitor and report recruitment metrics, identifying opportunities for improvement and process optimization.
  • Compliance: Ensure recruitment and HR practices are consistent with employment law and company policy.
  • Languages: Fluent Polish and English and the ability to work in an international environment.

Nice to have skills that will help you thrive in this role

  • Learning Delivery: Support training initiatives and knowledge sharing within the HR team.
  • Data Analysis: Interpret recruitment and workforce data to identify patterns and trends.
  • HR Systems: Hands-on experience with HRIS tools (Team Tailor, Sage HR, SAP).

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience with modern ATS and sourcing tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement.
  • Understanding of Polish employment law and HR best practices.

Our hiring approach

As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.

In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.

What can we offer you?

  • Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.
  • A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.
  • Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.
  • Move your body, clear your mind – you can use Multisport card or use private health care coverage.
  • A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.

From office life

  • Company parking where you can book a parking place.
  • Weekly team lunches – enjoy vouchers to nearby restaurants (yes, sushi included!).
  • Brand new office in a prime location – Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, just 5 minutes from Dworzec Gdański metro station. Inside: 3 types of coffee, ping pong, and a chillout room. Tempted?
  • Flexibility is not a buzzword – hybrid work model (2 days a week at the office) and flexible hours are our standard, not a perk.

Here’s how our team describes our culture

The culture at IPFD is driven by our shared values. People are put first, we accept differences and encourage individuality. Due to our flat business structure, we enjoy collaborating together. Enjoying some good times together is also highly encouraged!

Sounds good? We all think so at IPF Digital.
