Title: Head of Marketing - Women's Summits

Salary: $100,000 - 130,000 per year, alongside a discretionary bonus

The Role

With Intelligence is looking for a Head of Marketing - Women’s Summits to lead marketing for one of our most recognised events portfolios, whose mission is to support and encourage a powerful community of women in alternatives investments. The successful candidate will act as a brand ambassador and will be responsible for creating and driving a global marketing strategy for the events, delivering end-to-end marketing activities (channels, content), setting and tracking KPIs, communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders, and leading an international team of 4 marketers and channel experts, while collaborating with other teams.

The Women’s events portfolio’s revenue model includes fee-paying tickets and paid sponsorship. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for outreaching and securing fee-paying tickets and paid sponsors—in collaboration with tele-sales and sales colleagues—as well as securing free-to-attend investors.

The ideal candidate will bring exceptional leadership, organizational, marketing, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to move quickly and turn ideas into actions. The role requires proactivity, attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task at a fast pace.

Responsibilities  

The Head of Marketing – Women’s Summits will act as a leading voice in the portfolio. They will collaborate with other team leaders to create a strategic marketing plan for each event, work in partnership with Investor Relations and other Marketing teams, as part of the central audience team. They will lead the Women’s Summits Marketing team to:

  • Plan, execute (copywriting, building assets, pulling data lists, creating campaigns), and optimize marketing campaigns from concept to completion
  • Achieve marketing goals
  • Drive direct, marketing-enabled ticket sales
  • Closely collaborate with Sales on the development of segmentation strategies and lead generation efforts
  • Oversee data and segmentation strategy, aligned with business goals and events strategy
  • Create and present regular reporting to leadership teams and other stakeholders to measure progress against KPIs and goals, including managing tracking documents
  • Act as a key point of contact for the event portfolio within With Intelligence and externally for forming partnerships across the industry
  • Be a brand champion and make sure we represent the With brand across everything
  • Provide leadership to the Women’s Summits Marketing team, clarifying priorities and project coverage, and providing support and development
  • Experience leading marketing or cross-functional teams
