Role Overview
The Head of Front Systems will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of front-end systems for all banking operations at Renmoney. This position involves collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that all front-end applications are efficient, user-friendly, and aligned with the company's strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the front-end systems team, driving innovation and excellence in user interface and user experience design.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for front-end systems that aligns with the overall IT and business strategy.
- Ensure the reliability, performance, and scalability of all front-end applications used by customers and internal staff.
- Collaborate with IT, operations, and product teams to gather requirements and define project scope for front-end initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze system performance metrics to identify opportunities for enhancement and increased user satisfaction.
- Implement best practices for user experience design, ensuring accessibility and compliance with industry standards.
- Manage the budget and resources allocated to front-end systems projects.
- Stay updated on new technologies and trends in front-end development, applying relevant innovations to enhance Renmoney's offerings.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to team members while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
- Prepare and present performance and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Design, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in front-end development or systems management, with at least 4 years in a leadership position.
- Strong expertise in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and relevant frameworks.
- Experience with UI/UX design principles and practices.
- Proven track record of managing complex IT projects from inception to completion.
- Solid understanding of agile methodologies and project management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
