At kitUP, we build B2C subscription-based wellness and productivity products used by millions.
Web is not a supporting channel for us — it’s a core growth and revenue engine.
We’re looking for someone who understands user behavior, thinks in funnels, and moves fast from insight to action.
This role is about owning conversion, not managing backlogs for the sake of it.
Take full ownership of the web subscription funnel — from landing and onboarding to paywall, trial, conversion, and retention.
Translate company growth targets into clear hypotheses, experiments, and product decisions.
Design, launch, and iterate experiments across onboarding, pricing, paywall, and subscription flows — shipping in days, not weeks.
Continuously analyze funnel performance to identify friction points, drop-offs, and high-impact opportunities — and act on them decisively.
Own and refine the backlog, prioritizing work based on expected uplift, business impact, and execution speed.
Collaborate closely with designers to create conversion-focused UX, reduce friction, and guide decisions down to meaningful details.
Partner with developers to scope clearly, move fast, and validate outcomes post-release.
Prepare clear, concise briefs that align Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Data around goals, metrics, and success criteria.
Monitor conversion, churn, and retention, and proactively drive improvements across the funnel.
Analyze competitors and benchmarks, turning insights into practical, testable improvements.
3+ years of experience in growth-focused product roles, ideally on B2C subscription products
Strong understanding of web funnels, experimentation, and conversion metrics
Comfortable using data to make decisions — not just to report results
Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments
Able to collaborate confidently with designers and developers on UX and technical trade-offs
Strong sense of ownership, prioritization, and bias toward action
Clear communicator who can align teams without over-process
You think in hypotheses, not opinions
You care more about outcomes than outputs
You’re fast, but not careless
You don’t wait for perfect data to take sensible action
You see conversion as a system, not a single metric
Remote-first — because great product thinking isn’t location-bound
Complementary health insurance — because peace of mind enables focus
Coworking office support — because environment matters
MacBook & full equipment — because tools should never slow you down
Meal allowance — because consistency starts with basics
Global flight budget — because perspective makes better product decisions
Flexible tech stack — because outcomes matter more than dogma
We’re not looking for people who talk about growth.
We’re looking for someone who owns the funnel, runs experiments, and moves the numbers.
If that’s you — let’s talk. 🚀
