We are looking for a Growth Product Manager for our client - a fast-growing AI-powered fitness app that is transforming the way people approach health and wellness.

As a Growth Product Manager focusing on the web funnel, you’ll be part of a cross-functional team driving revenue-centric solutions fully aligned with the company’s overall growth strategy. You’ll collaborate with analysts, engineers, PMMs, designers, market researchers, and UXR professionals to achieve ambitious growth and revenue targets.
Develop and execute web funnel and segmentation strategies to grow core metrics (revenue, conversion rate, ARPU, etc.)
Analyze user behavior across the funnel - from first impression to payment - and optimize touchpoints
Design and run high-velocity experiments (A/B tests, paywalls, upsells, onboarding) to improve acquisition efficiency and conversions
Collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams on messaging, onboarding, and offers to increase purchase intent and reduce friction
Turn user insights and pain points into high-converting journeys using UX and sales psychology
Build and analyze funnels, dashboards, and attribution models to identify blockers and prioritize high-impact actions
Drive alignment and execution across growth, product, analytics, and engineering teams
3+ years of experience in product management, growth, or lifecycle roles within subscription businesses
Proven track record of boosting conversion rates and revenue in digital products
Deep expertise in optimizing customer journeys, funnels, and acquisition flows
Strong understanding of acquisition channels (paid, organic, referral) and their effect on conversion
Advanced analytical skills in user and payment data, with a data-driven mindset
Hands-on experience with A/B testing, growth models, and funnel optimization
Strong collaboration and communication skills to align and lead cross-functional teams
Results-driven mindset with passion for user experience and revenue growth
