Getting to Know Ajaib

We’ve been experiencing hyper-growth the past year, becoming Indonesia's 7th Unicorn Startup and the first Investment Fintech Unicorn in South East Asia 2,5 years after Ajaib first launched. With the global financial technology market expected to grow gradually, we aim to make stock trading accessible for millennials through our mobile-first approach.  In 2022, we opened our new head office in the Indonesia Stock Exchange Building, and we’re just getting started!

Job Overview

As a Growth team at Ajaib, you will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities, optimizing user journeys, and driving strategic initiatives across multiple business verticals. This role requires a mix of analytical thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving skills to enhance user acquisition, engagement, and retention. You will work closely with product, marketing, design, and business intelligence teams to execute data-driven strategies that accelerate Ajaib’s growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze market trends, user behavior, and business data to identify growth opportunities and shape strategic initiatives.
• Work with product and design teams to conduct user research (interviews, surveys, A/B testing) and propose data-backed product improvements.
• Drive cross-functional projects by collaborating with marketing, product, design, and business intelligence teams to execute growth experiments and initiatives.
• Monitor project implementation, resolve blockers, and ensure seamless execution across departments.
• Track and analyze key growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in growth, business analysis, or project management (preferably in fintech or tech-driven industries).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present insights and collaborate effectively.
• Hands-on experience with data analytics tools (SQL, Google Analytics, Excel, etc.) is a plus.
