About Team

Join our Customer Serving Feature Team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce CRM and Self-Service platforms across multiple markets.

We focus on delivering reliable, customer-centric solutions that support smooth servicing journeys and enable our teams to respond effectively to customer needs.

This role is based in Warsaw, with responsibility for initiatives across all IPF Digital operations and markets.

Here’s how you’ll put your skills into action

  • Testing: Design and execute functional and end-to-end test scenarios to validate new Salesforce CRM and Self-Service features, ensuring that system changes meet business expectations and deliver reliable customer experiences.

  • Requirements Analysis: Work closely with product owners and business analysts to analyze business requirements and functional specifications, translating them into clear and effective test cases that verify system behavior.

  • Backend and API Testing: Validate integrations and backend processes by testing REST APIs, databases, and system interactions, ensuring data consistency and reliable communication between services.

  • Defect Management: Identify, document, and manage defects throughout the testing lifecycle, collaborating with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently and maintain high product quality.

  • Quality Assurance Process: Contribute to the broader testing lifecycle across SDLC and STLC, including test planning, peer reviews, dry runs of functional and E2E scripts, and supporting automated test execution where needed.

  • Agile Collaboration: Work within Agile teams to support continuous delivery, participating in refinement sessions, sprint planning, and reviews to help maintain quality across iterative product releases.

  • Communication and language skills: Communicate confidently and clearly in both Polish and English, adapting your language and style to suit diverse audiences. You’ll facilitate collaboration across international teams, ensuring shared understanding and smooth delivery across markets.

We also know that experience counts – and we believe that the following can support your success:

  • Over 2 years of experience working as a Software Tester with strong exposure to functional, integration, UAT, and end-to-end testing.

  • Practical experience in backend testing, including REST API validation and SQL queries, as well as testing Salesforce-based solutions.

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred) and experience working within cross-functional delivery teams.

  • Strong problem-solving mindset, good time management skills, and the ability to balance independent work with effective teamwork.

  • Additional strengths such as finance or banking domain experience, exposure to automation testing, familiarity with Robot Framework, or knowledge of programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python will be considered an advantage.

  • ISTQB certification or equivalent testing credentials are welcome but not required

Our hiring approach
As part of our skills-first recruitment process, you will be asked to complete a practical work challenge. This gives you a chance to showcase your skills, your way of thinking, and your problem-solving approach – beyond what’s on a CV.
In the next steps, we’ll focus on getting to know you better through conversations around culture fit and soft skills, to ensure we’re a great match for each other.

What can we offer you?

  • Real opportunities for growth – enjoy access to a variety of internal learning and external development initiatives.

  • A fully free mental health platform with access to certified professionals: psychologists (including child psychologists), dietitians, business coaches, and physiotherapists.

  • Relaxed team integrations – kayaking, cycling, workshops, team outings… we enjoy spending time together, and we make it happen regularly.

  • Move your body, clear your mind – you can use Multisport card or use private health care coverage.

  • A truly international environment – we collaborate with teams from Mexico to Australia. Sounds exciting? That’s just our everyday reality.

From office life

  • Company parking where you can book a parking place.

  • Weekly team lunches – enjoy vouchers to nearby restaurants (yes, sushi included!).

  • Brand new office in a prime location – Gdański Business Center in Warsaw, just 5 minutes from Dworzec Gdański metro station. Inside: 3 types of coffee, ping pong, and a chillout room. Tempted?

  • Flexibility is not a buzzword – hybrid work model (2 days a week at the office) and flexible hours are our standard, not a perk.

Here’s how our team describes our culture

The culture at IPFD is driven by our shared values. People are put first, we accept differences and encourage individuality. Due to our flat business structure, we enjoy collaborating together. Enjoying some good times together is also highly encouraged!
