Participate in the stability building of the company's core financial business, learned to handle online alerts and sudden failures under the guidance of a mentor, and accumulated practical troubleshooting experience;
Participate in the research and development of tools such as the operation and maintenance automation platform, monitoring system, and fault self-healing (mainly using Python/Go), and improved operation and maintenance efficiency through code;
Participate in system architecture optimization and cloud resource cost governance projects by collecting and analyzing operational data (resource utilization, performance bottlenecks, etc.) of online systems;
Learn and master the design of financial-grade high-availability architecture, gain in-depth understanding of the underlying principles of databases (DB) and various types of middleware, and assist in system risk identification.

Asolid foundation in computer science, with in-depth understanding of computer networks (TCP/IP, HTTP, etc.), Linux operating system principles, and data structures and algorithms;
Proficient in at least one programming language (Python/Go/C++/Java, or equivalent), familiar with the Linux environment, knowledgeable about Shell scripts, and passionate about solving practical problems through coding;
