- Data Support and Processing: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing departmental performance data to ensure data accuracy and completeness, laying the foundation for subsequent analysis.
- Preliminary Analysis and Visualization: Use tools such as Excel to conduct preliminary statistical and trend analysis on performance data, and attempt to present analysis results in visual forms like charts.
- Report and Document Assistance: Participate in the creation of periodic performance data reports, and assist in updating and maintaining documents, manuals, and training materials related to the performance appraisal process.
- Process Coordination and Support: Support the full-process operation of the performance appraisal cycle, including auxiliary work such as system testing, communication and coordination, information collection, and answering inquiries.
- Team Collaboration: Actively cooperate with team members to complete other relevant support tasks assigned by superiors.
- Majors in Finance, Human Resource Management, Applied Statistics, Economics, Information Management, and other related fields are preferred.
- Have curiosity and sensitivity towards data, and be proficient in MS Office software, with a particular requirement of mastering Excel (e.g., PivotTables, common functions). Basic knowledge of SQL or statistical software (e.g., SPSS, Python, R) is a plus.
- Possess excellent logical thinking, learning ability, initiative, and sense of responsibility. Be serious and meticulous at work, and pay attention to processes and details.
- Have good communication and expression skills, as well as a spirit of teamwork.
- Open to candidates graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.
- Fluent in both English & Chinese.
