Fresh Grad Hire - Investor Education Operations

Responsible for user growth and investor education content operation in the Futubull Hong Kong market. Through keen market insight and data-driven strategies, identify the pain points of young investors, create high-quality investor education content and activities, and achieve a dual improvement in user activity and transaction conversion.

Core Responsibilities

User Insights and Localization: Deeply understand the pain points of young Hong Kong users in investing and using Futubull, and refine operational strategies by combining local culture and the Cantonese language context. Growth and Activity Operations: Familiar with Generation Z preferences, explore innovative conversion scenarios and activities (online + offline). Reach potential customers at low cost, and be responsible for user engagement, account opening, and deposit conversion data.

Hardcore Content Planning: Closely follow US/Hong Kong stock market trends, quickly output high-quality market commentary, individual stock analysis, and opportunity tips, and stimulate users' trading intentions through professional content.

Data-Driven Iteration: Establish a project data monitoring system, analyze user behavior through funnel analysis, continuously iterate operational SOPs, and optimize the transaction conversion path.

Resource Integration and Collaboration: Collaborate across departments with product, design, and marketing teams; maintain relationships with external KOLs and institutions; and ensure efficient project implementation.

Qualifications Graduation Time: Bachelor's degree or above graduating between January 2025 and August 2026.

Professional Background: Background in finance, economics, marketing, or STEM fields, with a strong passion for the Fintech industry.

Practical Experience: Active Trader: Experience in live trading of US and Hong Kong stocks, familiar with trading software operation and user experience. Content Acumen: Background in financial content planning, able to translate complex financial logic into easily understandable language. Core Competencies: Proficient in growth operation methodologies, possessing end-to-end closed-loop thinking from traffic acquisition to monetization.

Bonus points (priority consideration)

Langauge Skills: Native Cantonese speaker-Able to accurately grasp Hong Kong local cultural tropes and expression habits. Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written), capable of fluent daily communication.

Options Trader: Possesses live options trading experience, is familiar with options strategies (such as Covered Calls, Vertical Spreads, etc.), and has a deep understanding of the needs of derivatives investors.
