- Execute daily operations for the Japan market, including in-app conversion and category marketing initiatives such as planning category campaigns and designing user conversion journeys.
- Understand in-platform user needs, develop segmented strategies for trading users, and create valuable and engaging content tailored to promotion channels to drive user conversion.
- Analyze business data, promptly adjust operational strategies based on data insights, and summarize working methodologies into SOPs/case studies to enhance team efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree or above, with a preference for Finance or Economics majors.
- Proficient in Japanese reading and writing (exceptional candidates with strong English skills may also be considered); Fluent in Chinese (both spoken and written).
- Strong logical thinking and marketing sense; high sense of responsibility, resilience, and open-mindedness; prior experience or strong interest in stock trading is preferred.
- Preferred: Prior internship experience in fintech or operations is advantageous.
- Work location: Shenzhen or Tokyo.
