Fresh Grad Hire - Financial Development Engineer

Participate in the design and development of finance-related systems, including algo trading, order management, risk management systems, and clearing & settlement systems.

Assist in designing and implementing financial systems related to Prime Brokerage (PB), Self Clearing system.

Learn and apply the latest financial technologies, and participate in innovative projects.

* Majoring in Financial Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields.

* Basic understanding of financial market structures and trading mechanisms; familiarity with institutional business related to Prime Brokerage.

* Proficiency in Python or Go programming; understanding of basic system design principles and database operations.

* Candidates with internship experience in FinTech, investment banking, or related fields are more preferred.

* Strong learning ability and problem-solving mindset; sense of responsibility; ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment.

* Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing; ability to communicate fluently in daily and technical contexts.
