Core Mission: Validate the reliability and user experience of every transaction service from the perspective of real investors and users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Logic Correctness & Penetration Verification:
- Design business verification test cases based on various securities trading scenarios and systems, ensuring system logic aligns with product design and financial compliance requirements.
- Simulate diverse investor behaviors to verify the validity and accuracy of order execution, risk control handling, and asset settlement across different investor roles.
- Industry Benchmarking Experience & User-Centric Risk Discovery:
- Conduct in-depth evaluations of services offered by leading brokers (e.g., Interactive Brokers, Robinhood), analyze business differences, and provide effective, reliable recommendations for system design enhancement.
- Identify system flaws by reverse-engineering user operations; simulate and reproduce real-world capital loss scenarios to validate capital safety mechanisms under boundary conditions (e.g., price gaps post-trading-halt resumption, ambiguity in option exercise/assignment rules).
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Financial Engineering, Financial Mathematics, Investment, or a related field.
- Meet any ONE of the following criteria:
- Hold the CFA/FRM certificate OR have passed the FINRA (NASD) Series exams.
- Possess industry experience (including internships) within trading, settlement, or risk control departments at a cutting-edge securities firm.
- Minimum 2 years of proprietary trading experience in US/HK stocks or options/futures, utilizing services from three or more brokerage firms.
