- Participate in the design and development of advanced algorithmic order systems, quantitative model systems, and intelligent routing systems, driving the continuous innovation and cutting-edge development of the company's algorithmic trading technology.
- Develop and optimize various algorithmic trading models and strategies, including but not limited to classic models such as TWAP, VWAP, as well as innovative strategies based on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
- Study relevant theories such as option pricing models and volatility surface construction, and participated in the development and optimization of option pricing algorithms and related systems.
- Full-time master's degree or above, with a background in computer science, financial engineering, applied mathematics, or related science and engineering majors.
- A solid foundation in programming, is proficient in programming languages such as Python and Go, with good code implementation capabilities.
- Preference will be given to those with relevant project or research experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Option Pricing.
- Possesses a strong sense of responsibility and excellent teamwork spirit, and is able to proactively drive work progress.

- A deep understanding of the Financial Market, familiarity with various financial products and their trading mechanisms, and relevant internship or project experience are preferred.
