At Viva.com, we’re leading the way in seamless payment technologies — and fiscalisation is a key part of that journey. As a Fiscalisation Specialist, you will be the vital technical and business interface between our company and Independent Software Vendor (ISV) partners across Europe. You’ll play a central role in ensuring smooth onboarding, seamless API integrations, and continuous compliance with evolving fiscal regulations — all while working closely with our Group company Fiskaltrust and our internal teams, including Technical Account Managers (TAMs), Engineering and Product.

This role blends technical consulting, fiscal obligations understanding, and developer enablement — and it’s critical to our mission to scale secure and compliant commerce across the continent.


Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical liaison between ISV partners and Viva.com, supporting them throughout the fiscalisation API integration process across multiple countries.

• Understand and map technical requirements to regional fiscalisation regulations, ensuring successful and compliant implementations by our ISV partners.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex API integration issues, including schema validation errors, authentication problems, and transaction failures, in collaboration with engineering teams.

• Guide ISVs and internal teams on how to maximize the use of the fiscalisation API, including edge cases and regulatory nuances.

• Test functionality and ensure compliance of ISV implementations; identify and report bugs for resolution in coordination with Viva and Fiskaltrust engineers.

• Support onboarding processes for new ISVs and system integrators, ensuring smooth end-to-end technical setup (POS, ERP, middleware systems).

• Deliver technical training and documentation for TAM teams and internal stakeholders, including webinars, guides, and tutorials.

• Maintain and update developer-facing content, including the Viva.com Developer Portal, user manuals, and API reference materials.

• Monitor ISV satisfaction and proactively manage escalations, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and expectations are met.

• Collaborate with Product, TAMs, and Fiskaltrust to define requirements for new features, improvements, and AI agent training content.
  

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in API integration, fiscalisation, ISV support, or ERP/POS configuration.
• Strong technical skills in REST APIs, data formats (JSON/XML), and integration workflows.
• Hands-on experience with regulatory or tax compliance systems in at least one European country.
• Familiarity with developer tools: Postman, Jira, Confluence, Git.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills — fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Proactive and detail-oriented, with a strong interest in AI and automation.
