We are looking for a proactive, smart, driven and curious Finance Intern to join our international Finance team and strengthen our financial operations.

The Finance team is very flexible and energetic. We work closely with other teams, at the same time we contribute to the company’s growth and scalability: optimising our systems, policies and processes, ensuring the accuracy and control of the information, adapting our final accounting and reporting, developing business plans to help in the decision making and to anticipate risks and opportunities.

The Role

Your main responsibilities will be to support the Accounting team in the day-to-day financial administration and processing of transactions, focusing primarily on Accounts Payables.

What you'll do:

  • Help in reconciling credit cards, travel expenses and bank accounts
  • Support in the booking of suppliers invoices
  • Work with general ledger accounts
  • Assist with month-end close process and journal entries
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives
  • Other ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Degree or education in Business Administration, Finance, Economics or similar
  • Advanced level (C1) in Spanish and English, both written and spoken
  • Experience with MS Excel
  • Previous experience in an Accounting/Finance department would be a plus
  • Previous experience with ERP and expenses management tool would be a plus
