Docyt is a super app that applies AI (artificial intelligence) across the entire accounting tech stack. Docyt digitizes financial data, automates both income and expense workflows, continuously reconciles QuickBooks®, and generates real-time financial statements. Looking for a part-time Event Coordinator (Intern):

  • Research, vet, and finalize contracts for venues, handling catering, communication with vendors
  • Coordinate event setup, breakdown, and on-site logistics to ensure smooth execution - work with AEs coming up with setup checklist and breakdown
  • Track and manage swag inventory, signage, and other event materials.
  • Oversee vendor communication and confirm delivery schedules for supplies, equipment, and services.
  • Assist with registration, attendee check-in, and guest support during events, as well as post-event packing and reporting. 
  • 3 month duration (with extension possibility)
  • Stipend as per market
