Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Extensive experience in a leadership role focused on DevOps and SRE within the financial services or banking industry.
In-depth knowledge of DevOps principles, practices, and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, version control, and automation.
Strong understanding of SRE methodologies, including monitoring, incident response, and reliability engineering.
Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing cloud infrastructure strategies.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., GCP, AWS).
Solid knowledge and experience with IAAS and PAAS technology stacks.
Familiarity with basic network principles, TCP/UDP networks, HTTP, Socket, CDN, and other technologies.
Skilled in middleware/databases such as Redis, Kafka, MySQL, Elasticsearch.
Proficient in Docker/K8s container platforms and related underlying technologies and principles.
Deep understanding of internet technology architecture, network communication protocols, application servers, load balancing, and microservices architecture.
