As the Director of Strategic Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and supporting the CEO in delivering on organizational objectives. - Product Development Leadership
- Oversee the end-to-end development of products, coordinating with relevant departments to define product details and ensure alignment.
- Proactively manage progress, address challenges, and provide solutions to successfully move products to the live environment.
- Organizational Enhancement Initiatives
- Create and implement new initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness and drive innovation.
- Lead special projects to enhance specific functions within the organization.
- Gap Analysis and Continuous Improvement
- Identify operational and strategic gaps across departments.
- Work cross-functionally to develop enhancement plans and ensure their timely execution.
- Digital Bank Transformation Support
- Assist in the digital bank transformation that aligns with best practices and Central Bank of Iraq (CBI) regulations.
- Support progress tracking, testing, and service deployment into production.
- Performance Monitoring
- Establish and share Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with management to track organizational performance and outcomes effectively.
- Policy Development and Implementation
- Assist the CEO in drafting policies and ensure their successful implementation across the organization.
- Progress Oversight on Delegated Work
- Monitor and follow up on delegated tasks, ensuring alignment with priorities and timely completion.
- Meeting Management
- Attend meetings to monitor progress, document key takeaways, and manage follow-ups to ensure accountability.
- Prepare and support Board meeting presentations, ensuring accurate and impactful content.
- Market and Competitive Analysis
- Maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace, competitors, and emerging technologies to provide insights and strategic recommendations.
- Industry Expertise: Deep expertise in Banking or Payments.
