Develop and oversee the bank's integrated governance and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives, regulatory requirements, and risk tolerance. Act as the primary advisor to the Board and senior management on all governance and compliance matters.

- Ensure timely and accurate submission of all required reports to the Central Bank of Iraq (CBI), including compliance reports, customer complaint reports, and fraud mandatory reports.
- Conduct regular governance effectiveness reviews and compliance audits to identify non-compliance matters, assess risk exposure, and provide recommendations for improvement.

- A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in compliance, governance, or risk management within the banking sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

- Years of experience: 7+ years in compliance of which 3 years in leadership compliance role.
- Native Arabic and professional fluency in English (both written and verbal) are required.
