We’re looking for an analytical and collaborative Data Analyst to drive insight, reporting, and data-driven decision-making across the business. This role sits at the intersection of data analysis, business strategy, and operational execution, ensuring actionable insights are delivered efficiently to support growth and performance.

The role, what you’ll do as Data Analyst:

As a Data Analyst, you will be a strategic and trusted partner across the business, working with different stakeholders to proactively deliver insights that accelerate decision-making and drive Dext’s growth.

• Help maintain high-quality business modelling and reporting, so that the team remains the source of trusted data.
• Form strong stakeholder partnerships across the company, enabling us to collaborate with departments to deliver insights and foster a culture of data-driven innovation.
• Continue to develop our use of Omni across the business, enabling it to be used as a self-serve tool and a repository of Data and Analytics team-approved dashboards and reports.
• Use SQL to interrogate our data to provide insights for our business partners, enabling them to make strategic decisions on how to drive the business.

About you, what we are looking for:

We are looking for a driven, adaptable Data Analyst with excellent communication skills who can turn complex data into actionable insights and thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.

• Willingness to learn the technical skills required as the role grows and to take ownership for your own development
• Solid experience with SQL and proficiency with BI and data visualisation tools (e.g., Looker, Omni).
• Experience with dbt, Git-based workflows, and data modelling.
• Familiarity with SaaS business metrics is a plus.
• Effectively work with stakeholders to share knowledge and understand their needs.
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, able to change focus to enable the business to achieve goals when necessary.
