Key Responsibilities:

• Encourage customers to share their feedback by completing surveys.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Create and maintain detailed reports about customer interactions and feedback.
• Update customer records in the system, including notes and follow-up details.
• Provide recommendations to management to enhance the overall customer experience.
What We’re Looking For:
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in two or more local languages is a strong plus.
• Tech-savviness and familiarity with digital tools or fintech platforms are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a related field is an advantage.
