Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support in Bulgarian language via multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions promptly
  • Resolve customer complaints and ensure a positive resolution
  • Collaborate with other team members to identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively address customer queries
  • Fluent in Bulgarian language, both spoken and written
  • Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in the financial services industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented mindset
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and other customer support tools
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work in rotating shifts and weekends
