Job Function: Customer Success Manager
Location: Remote or Hybrid in Vienna
Salary: £30-45k Base + Commission
What are we looking for: An English and German speaking Customer Success Manager (CSM) for Europe to join our international team.
- 3+ years of experience in Finance / Business Valuation, Customer Success or Account Management
- The ability to work remotely and autonomously
- Experience in working in Customer Success or studies in Finance (ideally in the valuation sphere) - and an aptitude for the other
- A strong sense of motivation, a customer-focused mindset, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to learn quickly
- Strong verbal and written communication, strategic planning, and project management skills
- Analytical and process-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working across multiple departments in a deadline-driven environment
- Active team player, self-starter, and multitasker who can quickly adjust priorities
- Fluent / Native English & German
