We’re looking for a results-driven and analytical Data Analyst to support our Customer Success Team. In this role, you’ll play a critical part in improving the performance and efficiency of our customer operations. You’ll be responsible for extracting actionable insights from data, identifying opportunities for process improvements, and working cross-functionally to implement impactful programs that enhance both internal workflows and the overall customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Extract and analyze data from our data warehouse to uncover insights that drive and improve key performance metrics for the Customer Success team
  • Develop and implement operational programs and process improvements to optimize team efficiency and enhance the customer experience
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Tech, and Product Operations to operationalize initiatives and ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor performance metrics and data trends regularly, providing actionable recommendations based on insights
  • Identify operational bottlenecks proactively and design scalable, data-driven solutions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, business analysis, customer success, or a similar role
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and translating data into actionable insights
  • Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
