About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive and creative Culture Engagement Intern to employee engagement programs. You'll work closely with People Partner team to ensure our initiatives are executed smoothly and communicated effectively across the company. Job Description

  • Support the end-to-end execution of employee engagement events (e.g., onboarding, town hall, employee gatherings, etc).
  • Act as event support (including as MC or host, if needed) to ensure smooth event execution and lively engagement.
  • Design simple visual materials (e.g., posters, banners, or social media-style graphics) using Canva or similar tools.
  • Manage and maintain data related to engagement.
  • Help create and maintain dashboards to track engagement activities and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with various teams to ensure events reflect company values and culture.
  • Final-year student or recent graduate (preferably from Communications, Psychology, Management, or related fields).
  • Previous experience in organizing or supporting engagement events (e.g., onboarding, town hall, gatherings).
  • Confident and communicative personality, comfortable speaking in front of an audience or acting as MC.
  • Cheerful, energetic, and passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
  • Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.
  • Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for data management and reporting.
  • Experience in simple data visualization or dashboard creation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a track record of handling administrative tasks requiring accuracy.
  • Good copywriting skills for event announcements and engagement content.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and interest in HR, communications, or people development.
