At Kantox, we are looking for a Compliance Data Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting our regulatory and internal compliance monitoring processes through data extraction, organisation, and analysis.
We’re seeking a detail-oriented professional with proven experience in data extraction, reporting, and analysis (SQL, Power BI, Excel) who thrives in a collaborative environment. This role is focused on ensuring the accuracy of compliance data, preparing reports for regulatory bodies (like Sepblac, Bank of Spain or the FCA), and analysing system-generated alerts and suspicious transactions.
You will work closely with IT, project management, and compliance teams, and act as a key support to the Compliance Manager. The role requires strong analytical skills, an ability to manage and validate large datasets, and a foundational understanding of compliance frameworks, including AML and sanctions. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of our alert systems and procedures.
You’ll be part of a team dedicated to maintaining a high standard of regulatory adherence. Your mission is to ensure compliance data is accurately extracted, analysed, and reported, supporting key internal monitoring and external regulatory obligations.
We are analytical, proactive, and committed to data quality and continuous process improvement. The role places a strong emphasis on data accuracy, regulatory reporting, and detailed analysis to protect the business and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations.
At Kantox, you’ll have the opportunity to work on high-impact projects, deepen your technical skills, and gain visibility with senior leadership and cross-functional teams in a fast-growing environment. You will be instrumental in safeguarding the company's regulatory standing. Growth will depend on your initiative and the evolving needs of the business.
