POSITION OBJECTIVE

This is a key, mid-senior level role that plays a central part in driving our company's growth. We are seeking a motivated individual to help us unlock significant global market opportunities. This position is perfect for someone who is passionate about building new initiatives from the ground up and translating commercial and operational insights into a clear go-to-market strategy.

You will explore commercial use cases in existing and new jurisdictions by engaging with customers and potential partners. Your work will provide clarity on where we should expand and how to win in different product verticals. This role is a launchpad for high-impact opportunities across the company, offering strong performers a clear path toward greater ownership, specialization, and leadership as they master the foundational strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop market prioritization frameworks and comprehensive go-to-market playbooks.
  • Spearhead cross-functional readiness for new market entries, coordinating with legal, product, and engineering teams.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation, strategy decks, and progress updates for senior stakeholders.
  • Provide insight into regional fintech and digital assets trends to inform broader strategic decisions.
  • Help shape the commercial function's expansion as the company scales.
  • Have the opportunity to hire and grow your own team after successfully strategizing and executing on complex initiatives.
  • Have 8+ years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, VC/PE, or commercial expansion roles at a fintech, digital asset, or global tech company.
  • Possess a strong entrepreneurial spirit and have previously founded a startup (a significant plus).
  • Have a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Are fluent in English, with fluency in a second language such as Mandarin, Portuguese, or Spanish being a strong advantage.
  • Understand how to navigate compliance and regulatory complexity in global fintech markets.
  • Are a self-starter with strong judgment and a bias toward execution.
  • Think in frameworks but are comfortable operating in ambiguity, turning scattered insights into clear direction.
  • Have a commercial mindset and are comfortable talking to partners, clients, and regulators.
  • Are enthusiastic about travel and on-the-ground discovery, as this role may require frequent regional trips.
