Client Relationship Manager

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive financial business support for the corresponding market, establishing and maintaining close relationships with priority clients to achieve team targets and sales goals.
  • Address daily financial inquiries from clients, delivering high-quality service encompassing account opening support, client relationship maintenance, and issue resolution.
  • Introduce wealth products based on client profiles and needs, and disseminate market information on Singapore, U.S., and Hong Kong stocks.
  • Deliver quality telemarketing services and proactively initiate business opportunities with both existing and potential customers.
  • Proactively collaborate with marketing and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns and achievement of KPIs.
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in banking or wealth management.
  • Familiarity with private wealth management business processes, relevant regulations, and possess a strong sense of risk and compliance awareness.
  • Holder of Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) licenses / Passed the CMFAS (Capital Markets and Financial Advisory Services) relevant examinations.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders..
  • Customer-oriented mindset, committed to providing high-quality service to clients.
