Business Intelligence Officer

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical BI Data Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in transforming raw financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. This role will involve working closely with various departments, including Product, Marketing, Risk, and Operations, to understand their data needs and deliver impactful reporting and analysis.

Data Management: Collect, clean, and transform data from diverse sources; ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Reporting & Dashboards: Design, develop, and maintain interactive BI dashboards and reports (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). Automate reporting to enhance efficiency.

Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities. Apply statistical methods to extract meaningful insights and provide actionable recommendations. Support budgeting, forecasting, and risk analysis.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, translate business questions into data solutions, and present complex findings clearly to all audiences.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify optimization opportunities, stay updated on Fintech and data trends, and contribute to data governance best practices

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science). Master's preferred.

• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence, preferably in Fintech or financial services.

Technical:

• Strong SQL.
• Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Advanced Excel.
• Experience in Python or R for analysis.
• Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL.

Analytical:

• Exceptional analytical,
• critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.

Communication:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• ability to present complex data clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications in finance.
• Familiarity with big data technologies.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
